On acting as a career - What you think of acting/ How it has changed you? What do you think of it as a career

Acting is passion and I dreamt of becoming an actress since as a child when I was in 5th class when I saw film CHANDNI (Sridevi fame). I can't think of anything else as a career option.

On success - What it means to you?

It changed me completely. When you are out of the house people recognize you and take autograph, they still call me ARADHANA.

On spiritualism - What it means to you? Do you believe in it? How do you practise it?

Believe in GOD, have done two theerta yatra at this age to Dwarka, Jagannath Puri, also visited eight Jyotirlingas out of twelve.

On God - How do you relate to him? Any special experience...

I often talk to GOD. I just say Oh God!!! The moment something happens whether it is good or bad.

On Fame - What it means to you?

Acting is one profession which gives money & fame too.

On turning point of life

Shagun was the turning point of life in my life also I was MISS MUMBAI thrice.

On Stress Management - How do you handle stress?

So many things happen in life, but don't take hasty decision, take a deep breath and think about pros & cons of why you react in a particular way to the things that happen in life.

On Trust - How do you define the line of trust in relations

Trust is every thing or else you cant live life or any relation whether it is your driver, director of the show or even marriage.

What inspires you to do your best?

To be best every day as I want to remain here for long. Act till I die.

Philosophy of life

Be Happy what may come in your life, I had slip disc but never got upset as I was out of work for 7 months.

Three lessons you have learnt

You listen to what others say but don't believe or follow that unless you are sure.

What are your views on Vaastu and Feng Shui? What should be practiced more in India?

I practice Vastu seriously. Even believe Vastu regards to bedroom to sleep etc.

What is the role of meditation in your life?

It makes me calm, focused. In depression it is best & divine, brings my heart & mind together, united.

What are the insecurities actors faces in their profession?

My advise to new comers to save the money you earn as though car is necessary it should not be luxury so is other things as when I was out of job for 7 months I had invested very well, I could do well.

Do you do anything to enhance your luck like feeding the cow, offering water to Sun?

I offer water to Sun daily in morning. I do daan of black til on every Saturday..

Do you believe in Colour Therapy, Reiki and other healing techniques?

I do believe.

Have you ever tried past life regression? If yes how was the experience?

I have not, I would like to do if anyone tells me how to do, as I want to know what is my past life.
