For me the time I spend on my work is meditation. Ultimately meditation is nothing but tuning the mind to overcome the ceaseless thoughts that it is overwhelmed with and bring it to equilibrium. It is this equilibrium that makes one experience a sense of tranquility and peace. For me I gain this experience in my work.

I am a positive person so I think positive! If something has happened it has happened for the good and that's how I keep moving.
No I don’t really believe in life after death. Though I have had an instance when I was on my flight to Chennai and Shamak Davar looked around me and said that my father was with me. I was a little puzzled as how could he say something like this when my father had passed away. I just pushed that thought of my mind and moved back to my seat.
Success is about being positive.
