Has Saathi Re been your first tryst with fame?

Though my first successful Hindi film was the remake of Shiva, the film that really put spotlights on me was the blockbuster Rangeela with great acting from the lead trio Aamir Khan, Jackie Shroff and Urmilla Matondkar.

Have you experienced holistic healing before?

No, I have personally never experienced holistic healing before.

What kind of meditation are you into?

For me the time I spend on my work is meditation. Ultimately meditation is nothing but tuning the mind to overcome the ceaseless thoughts that it is overwhelmed with and bring it to equilibrium. It is this equilibrium that makes one experience a sense of tranquility and peace. For me I gain this experience in my work.

How do you accept changes in your life?

Change is the only constant in life and I always look at the brighter side.

What do you do to maintain your positive levels?

I am a positive person so I think positive! If something has happened it has happened for the good and that's how I keep moving.

Do you belief in life after death?

No I don’t really believe in life after death. Though I have had an instance when I was on my flight to Chennai and Shamak Davar looked around me and said that my father was with me. I was a little puzzled as how could he say something like this when my father had passed away. I just pushed that thought of my mind and moved back to my seat.

What is your mantra of success?

Success is about being positive.
