Weakened Aura

So how does the Aura get weakened?

  • Poor diet (not balanced food groups)
  • Lack of exercise (exercise doesn't consist of typing at the computer)
  • Lack of fresh air (a/c doesn't count as fresh air)
  • Lack of rest (sleep)
  • Stress (mental or physical)
  • Alcohol (more then two drinks per week) (Ritual wine counts)
  • Drugs (of any type)
  • Tobacco
  • Negative habits (body and mind)
  • Being around negative people (whose auras contact yours)
  • Visiting the sick or imprisoned
  • Improper psychic activity (you need to ground yourself)

Energy healers work with the aura (human energy field). They intuitively will notice imbalances in the auric field via clairvoyant sight, subtle touch or some other psychic connection. Our auras are like magnets picking up vibration energies that are floating around everywhere we go. It is important to cleanse our auras freeing them of foreign vibrations and negative energies. Here are a few simple ways to do it.
